brief introduction

The disposable ceiling high-efficiency filter box, also known as the disposable high-efficiency static pressure box, has good sealing performance, is connected to the air duct, and has the best filtration performance. It is suitable for clean rooms with laminar or non laminar flow in grades 100000 to 10. Widely used in operating rooms, laboratories, pharmaceutical rooms, microelectronics, film and fiber equipment, and food processing plants in hospitals with high cleanliness requirements.

Structural description:

1. Closed structure. The disposable ceiling filter group adopts a closed structure and has been tested to prevent leakage between the inlet and outlet. All metal joints are bonded together to avoid side leakage.

2. Small in size and light in weight. Adopting anodized aluminum alloy box material, with a standard height of only 150mm, convenient for handling and installation

3. Efficiency: You can choose sub high efficiency, high efficiency, or super high efficiency filters.

4. Meets UL fire safety requirements in the United States. Stick 12.5mm thick PE insulation cotton on the outside of the box, with a fire resistance rating of B1

5. The diameter of the air vent is 10“（ φ= 250mm), 12“（ φ= 300mm), 14“（ φ= 350mm).

Installation instructions:

1. Can be installed on ceiling keel or color steel plate ceiling

2. The high-efficiency filter needs to be installed after the air duct is installed, and a trial blowing should be conducted indoors. It should be installed after the air volume and cleanliness meet certain requirements to extend the service life of the high-efficiency filter

3. To ensure the service life of high-efficiency filters, it is recommended that air be pre filtered with a minimum of F8 (colorimetric method 90% -95%) before entering
